General circuit regulations

Racing Regulations

Activities at the KINI MOTORPARK circuit are high risk. GESTIÓN PARCMOTOR CASTELLOLÍ, S.L. is not liable for any physical or material damage resulting from failure to comply with these regulations. It reserves the right of admission.

Access and Security

  • Access is via the point indicated by security personnel.
  • Only persons included on the list previously sent by the activity promoter may enter.
  • The paddock opens at 8:00 am on the day of the activity.
  • Overnight stays are prohibited without prior booking of the night security service.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the pits and pit lane.
  • Animals are not allowed in the paddock.

Conditions for circulation

  • It is prohibited to ride without active accident insurance, either through a federation licence or a previously purchased one-day insurance policy.
  • Track activity is not permitted if medical services are not available.

Motorcycle

  • A minimum engine capacity of 125cc is required (excluding scooters or knobby tyres).
  • Participants must be over 18 years of age. Those aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Mandatory equipment: approved helmet, leather suit, leather boots and gloves.
  • Minimum licence: A 2 or federation licence.

Car

  • Only private vehicles (except lorries, vans, SUVs, minivans).
  • Unregistered racing cars must have front and rear tow hooks.
  • Mandatory: seat belt and approved helmet.
  • Windows closed throughout the session.
  • Minimum licence: B or federation licence.

Prohibited conduct

  • Drifting, wheelies, exhibitions, warm-ups or reckless driving on the circuit or in the paddock.
  • Stopping on the track or leaving the vehicle.
  • Races or competitions without federation authorisation.
  • Access to the track for minors under 16 years of age without a federation licence.
  • Responsibility and cleanliness.
  • Each team must remove used tyres and deposit used oil at an authorised point.
  • Participants must check their vehicle and personal equipment before driving.

Images and registration

  • The entire premises are recorded on video during opening hours.
  • The recordings are stored for 30 days and are the property of Kini MotorPark

Track Usage Regulations

• You must respect the direction of traffic (clockwise).
• You must be familiar with the flag code and respect the circuit staff.

Flag Code

Meaning of flag colours

  • Green Clear track
  • Yellow Caution, reduce speed, no overtaking
  • Red Session stopped
  • Chequered Slippery track (oil, gravel, etc.)
  • White Slow vehicle on track
  • Black Return to pits

Chequered End of session

 

Vehicle conditions

The vehicle must be in good mechanical condition:

  • No fluid leaks
  • Tyres in good condition and at the correct pressure
  • Safety systems in working order

Acoustic regulations

  • Motorcycles: maximum 102 dB at 6,000 rpm
  • Cars: maximum 95 dB at 3,000 rpm

Vehicles exceeding these limits will not be permitted to participate in the activities.

Non-compliance

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension of participation and/or expulsion from the premises.
